Notice on No Need to Apply for a Health Code from the Chinese Embassy/Consulates for All China-bound Passengers Departing from Thailand

In Accordance with the latest policy issued by the The Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council on December 26, China will manage COVID-19 with measures against Class B infectious diseases. Starting from January 8, 2023, passengers departing from Thailand to China are required to take a nucleic acid test 48 hours before boarding and those with negative result can enter the country without having to apply for a green health code from Chinese Embassy or Consulates General. Passengers need to fill in the nucleic acid test result in the customs Exit/Entry Health Declaration Form via WeChat, the CHINA CUSTOMS Application or through the website https://htdecl.chinaport.gov.cn/htdeclweb/home/pages/healthDeclare/declare.html. For passengers tested positive, traveling to China will be allowed after nucleic acid result turn negative.
