On March 1st, Ambassador Zhang Jianwei attended the closing ceremony and awards presentation for the 2nd Vocational Education Diamond Crown Project Competition “Chinese Language + Vocational Skills,” held at Pathum Thani Vocational College. Also in attendance were His Holiness Somdej Phra Maha Ratchamongkol Muni, Mr. Narongchai Charoenrujitprasert , Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Vocational Education Commission of Thailand, Associate Professor Dr. Khunying Sumontha Phromboon, President of Chitralada Technological Institute and representatives from over 400 Thai vocational schools, including teachers and students who received awards.

 In his address, Ambassador Zhang expressed his gratitude to all sectors of Thai society for their contributions to promoting the development of vocational education between China and Thailand. He stated that China is willing to work with Thailand to actively implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, deepen pragmatic cooperation in various fields, and promote the enduring friendship between China and Thailand. Ambassador Zhang and the guests visited the exhibition booths showcasing the achievements of China-Thailand vocational cooperation at various vocational schools and had cordial exchanges with teachers and students. He encouraged the participating students to continuously improve their studies and hone their skills, striving to become talents needed for future industrial development and contributing to the prosperity and development of both China and Thailand.
