On March 20, Ambassador Zhang Jianwei attended the Thailand session of the global dialogue "China in Spring: China's Development and Global Opportunities" Mr.Sheng Haixiong, Vice Minister of Publicity of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Chairman of China Media Group, delivered a keynote address via video. Also in attendance were Mr. Nirat Yoobakdee, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Thai Senate, and Mr. Pinit Charusombat, former Deputy Prime Minister.

Ambassador Zhang stated that the Two Sessions in China adopted the 15th Five-Year Plan, outlining a new blueprint for China's high-quality development and providing new opportunities for global development. China will continue to expand its high-level opening-up, strengthen its modern industrial system, and jointly   the Belt and Road Initiative with high quality, bringing more vitality to China-Thailand cooperation. China is willing to strengthen strategic alignment with Thailand and promote continuous new progress in building a China-Thailand community with a shared future.

The participating guests stated that China's high-quality development has opened new doors of opportunity for Thailand, and Thailand hopes to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with China in areas such as artificial intelligence, aerospace, and the green economy, and to continuously deepen the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.
