Ambassador Zhang Jianwei and his wife Miao Haiyan attended the China Thailand Golden Jubilee Youth Friendship Gala & 2025  Mid-Autumn  Festival Celebration held at Suan Dusit university on September 25. The event was hosted by the Chinese Students and Scholars Association of Thailand, the Thailand-China Alumni Association, and Thai Alumni Association of China's Universities. Over 500 Chinese and Thai young people, as well as guests from various sectors, enjoyed a wonderful performance.

Ambassador Zhang stated that China and Thailand have always treated each other with sincerity and worked hand in hand, setting an example for peaceful coexistence and common development between countries. Ambassador Zhang encouraged young people as folk envoy to carry forward the profound traditional friendship between the two countries, and jointly write a glorious chapter in China-Thailand relations for the next 50 years.

The theme of the gala was Youth, Tradition and Friendship. It was jointly planned and presented by Chinese and Thai youth. It fully demonstrated the vigorous vitality of the youth of the two countries and the profound mutual understanding between the two peoples, and injected youthful power into building a closer China-Thailand community with a shared future.
