On January 7, Ambassador Zhang Jianwei met with Mr. Ronnakorn Rojanakatanyu, President of the Thai-Chinese Students Association, and other members.

Ambassador Zhang received a briefing on the activities of the Thai-Chinese Students Association and their experiences studying in China in a friendly conversation. He praised the association's efforts in promoting friendly exchanges and enhancing friendship between Chinese and Thai youth. Ambassador Zhang stated that young people are the hope and the future, and it is a valuable experience of studying in China to witness achievements and path of China's development. Ambassador Zhang encouraged students to continue to play their role as a bridge by sharing the observations of China with their Thai friends,while engaging in more exchanges with Chinese youth.
